What Exhibit RX collects through this website, why, and how to control it.
When you use a form on this site, such as the Show Checkup report request, or book a call through our scheduling tool, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, company, job title, and anything you write in free-text fields (for example, your upcoming shows or current challenges). The Show Checkup quiz itself, answered before any form, does not collect your name or email at all, those answers only leave your browser if you choose to request the full report.
We also receive basic technical information automatically, like your browser type and the page you came from, through standard web server logs.
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, send the report or materials you requested, schedule and prepare for calls, and, if you opted in, send occasional trade-show tips and updates from Exhibit RX. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We use a small number of outside services to run this site and respond to you. Each only receives what's needed to do its job:
These providers process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms. We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email solutions@exhibitrx.com at any time to unsubscribe, ask what information we have about you, or request that we delete it.
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as it's useful to our relationship with you, generally no more than a few years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
